:: LoopBe1

LoopBe1 is an internal MIDI device for transferring MIDI data between computer programs. You can use it for example to synchronize Traktor Pro and Ableton Live running on the same computer. LoopBe1 is a windows application and free for non-commercial, personal use.

MIDI Yoke works like loopbe1. The main difference is that MIDI Yoke provides up to 8 virtual MIDI devices instead of only one. MIDI Yoke is freeware.

:: MidiOX (Tip by André aka DJ_Infected)

MidiOX is a universal MIDI toolkit. You can use it to monitor the MIDI messages sent by your MIDI Controller sendet, you can filter messages, you can load and save sysex files, and you can modify incoming MIDI messages and let MIDI OX resent the changed messages. Last feature is useful if you use two identical MIDI controllers and if they don't have an option to change their MIDI channel.
